FMS Setup for Website & Payment Portals

Now that your website has launched, there are a few important housekeeping tasks to complete in your Facility Management Software (FMS). These updates ensure your emails and payment portals function properly on the new site.

Follow the steps below based on your FMS provider:

🧭 For SiteLink Customers

  1. Open SiteLink Corporate Control Center.

  2. Click Site Information.

  3. On the next screen, double-click the store name you want to edit.

    If you manage multiple facilities, repeat this process for each store.

  4. Update the following fields:

    • Email address — Should match what’s shown on your website.

    • Website URL — Use the new site URL.

    • Ensure the checkbox labeled "Online Payments Supported" is checked.

🧭 For StorEDGE Customers

  1. Navigate to the Corporate Settings page.

  2. Click on Settings on the left-hand side, select the Corporate Settings tab, and Select Facility Info from the options.

  3. Find the facility to update and click Edit.

  4. Scroll down to locate the Website and Payment Portal URL fields.

    1. Paste the URLs provided by the Storagely onboarding team.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

If you manage multiple facilities, repeat this process for each location.
