One of the ways to optimize your Google Business Profile for better rankings is to utilize a section called Question & Answer. Anyone on Google can ask any business a public question and the business can reply. While this feature is significantly underutilized, it is a great way to get relevant content with storage-related keywords on your business profile.
This feature is located on the public search side of your profile and it looks like this.
How should we determine what questions we should ask?
Start by going to google and search for "storage units [city name + state/province]
example: storage units winston salem nc
People also ask
Find the "people also ask" section in the search results and open/close a few of the answers. You'll notice that more questions appear. These are questions that people are asking on Google in your region.
Copy relevant questions into a Google Doc and write an answer that is correct and relevant based on your company. We suggest adding 5 questions (and answers) at a time, up to 20 or 30.
