Support Business Hours

Our support is provided 9am - 5pm EST. Support responses will be provided to you during those hours. We do have team members who are available for 911 emergencies 24/7.

Contacting Customer Support

We have 5 ways you can reach out, choose what is your preference based on the plan you have subscribed to.  All methods of contact flow into the same support team, which means no method will provide you with a faster response than others.

Support Request Priority

Based upon your service level agreement, we will triage your support request based on the following priority to resolve. If a request is unable to be resolved in this time frame we will keep you updated.

  • Critical (1-2 hours)
  • Major (1 day)
  • Medium (1-3 days)
  • Minor (1-5 days)
  • Comment or General Request

Feedback Support Widget (BEST OPTION)

Visit your website and click the “Feedback” button that you’ll find on the left-hand side of the page. Then click “Report a Bug with the Website”.

This is our preferred option because the tool will capture a screenshot automatically and share important technical details that allow us to resolve your issue faster.
