This article provides instructions on how to update permissions for users who are not listed as an account 'Owner.'
- Navigate to https://www.storedgefms.com
- Access StorEDGE with Admin credentials
- Click the Storable icon in the top left-corner
- Click "Corporate Level"
- Click here on Settings
- Click "Roles"
- Identify the Role to update and Click "Edit"
- Click the "Allow access to FMS" field to give user permission to access. A drop-down menu will appear below
- Scroll down to the "View corporate reports & Manage report settings" field and click the box to give permission
- Scroll down to the bottom and click "Update Role"
You are ready to rock! This means that you have successfully updated the user role with the necessary permissions. The user can now access the Reports related to Storedge, including viewing corporate reports and managing report settings.
