How To: Integrate StorEDGE and Tenant Connect

This article explains how to link a StorEDGE account to a Davinci Lock account to activate Tenant Connect.

Once you have created your account in DaVinci Lock:

  1. Sign in to storEDGE at https://www.storedgefms.com with your Admin credentials.
  2. Click “Corporate” in the top right corner, then click the “Settings” icon.Screenshot 2024-09-20 at 11.21.17 AM

3. Under the "User Management" section click “API"

4. Search "Keyless Lock Management - DaVinci Locks" and Toggle the setting 'On'.

    • If you have any issues with this setting, contact storEDGE support for assistance with enabling it.

5.  Click on the name 'Keyless Lock Management - DaVinci Locks' to open its settings. 

    • Ensure the below settings are enabled with a checkmark next to them. 
    • Also, 'All Facilites' should be selected as well

    Next, you will need to collect the Facility ID for each location being onboarded. Below demonstrates how. 

    1. Click the StorEDGE icon in the top left corner, navigate to "Facility Level" > "Settings"
    2. In "Settings" click "Gate integration"Screenshot 2024-09-20 at 12.00.26 PM
    3. Copy the 'API Facility ID' for the All of the facilities that will be connected to Tenant Connect.

    4. Next, Navigate to sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account
    5. Add the Facility to the list by clicking on "Add Single Facility" and fill out the information about each location.

      • Select "storEDGE" as the facility management software and add the “Facility ID”. 

        • Click “Submit” to save.

          • If successful, you will receive a notification stating “Facility successfully updated.”.
          • If unsuccessful, you will receive a notification stating “Facility successfully updated. However, the entered storEDGE Facility ID could not be

            resolved”. If this happens, confirm the API settings in storEDGE and 

    Congratulations! Tenant Connect is now connected to StorEDGE.
