How will you know if there is a glitch or bug on my website?

Learn about the different methods we use to reduce the notification time for website issues.

Cut out the Slack in the System

One of our goals is to reduce the time it takes for our team to be notified when a glitch has occurred. One of the ways that we do this is by empowering any person (customer, manager, owner, etc) who visits the website to submit a bug request directly to our team. No hoops to jump through and definitely no horrible hold music! This means we will get the request faster and thus resolve any concerns even more quickly.

Systems and monitors

We have various systems and monitors that alert us when there are issues. For example, if there are issues with submitting rentals or reservations, our team typically knows before you can even submit a ticket to resolve it!

Humans Eyeballs

One of the major benefits of having a single source code platform (SaaS) is that if something is working working for one person it's 99% working for someone else. And vice versa.   In addition to our team constantly reviewing and testing the platform, we have hundreds of thousands of people who visit our platform which means that we have lots of eyeballs who can point things out.
