In this article we will show you how to add your profile picture to the live chat.
It is highly recommended that you include a professional profile picture on your chat profile. It personalizes your interaction with anyone who is chatting.
Once you are logged in, click "Chat" on the left hand menu and then click "Settings".
Modify your chat name. You can put your first name or both your first/last name.
Upload a professional picture.
Click save.
